Maso Agritur Acquastilla, which is making the transition to organic farming, has an ambition to create a small oasis of biodiversity in an area which is rural but also urban. The accommodation includes 6 flats that can sleep a total 25 people, spread over 15,000 m2 of agricultural land. The complex is surrounded by an olive grove.   treated have been planted in the vineyard, and the swimming pool next to the vineyard is cleaned using UV radiation, a system which keeps the water clean reducing the use of chlorine to the minimum. There is a garden in front of each flat with particular plants and flowers that attract various species of insects, bees and butterflies. A fruit and herb garden is close to completion, providing ingredients that can be used for infusions with grappa and herbal teas.
